Returns & Refunds Policy

At Appleton Sweets, we want you to be delighted with your confectionery order, but due to food safety regulations, we can only accept returns on non-perishable items or damaged goods within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or report as damaged.

    Approval & Authorization

    Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Carefully pack the sweets in a sturdy box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit and include your RMA slip inside.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
